Excel Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in complex machining for a variety of industries including,  but not limited to, aerospace and computer industries.  Our machined parts are utilized in all commercial aircraft and most military aircraft such as the F14, F16, F18 and C17.  Our customer base includes Parker Hannifin, Boeing, Airbus Industrie, Global Express, Gulf Stream, and Sikorsky.

Excel's services include the manufacture of highly complex aircraft components, with special emphasis on pistons, cranks, levers and rod ends.  We provide complete CNC milling, turning, grinding, crush grinding, honing, splining and gundrilling.

Excel  practices Lean Manufacturing methods to help reduce costs, shorten lead time, increase capacity and eliminate waste.  This continuous improvement strategy supports our goal to exceed customer needs.  We are constantly searching to further streamline processes and increase efficiency in all areas.
